Montreal, The land of crappy opportunities

I ran into this article this morning and it spark a conversation with hubby about our nostalgic connection to this city. Some of the reason, well I can only speak to myself but for me (Sherley) we stick around to Montreal are the artistic influence, hubby's awesome career that many dream to have as a job plus where we live, to wake up every single morning to hear or see the beauty of the Fleuve St. Laurent (St. Lawrence River) is always a blessing.
However, between this article written By Maxwell Turner , the charter of values, my friend warning about moving here 3 years ago plus what I read here locally or see in this city… Montreal is not the city I remember it once was which is sad 
Cause if it was run correctly, this could have been one of the best city to live in, whether you are an artist, blue, white collar no matter your race or creed… People would testify that this could have been to be one of the best in the world. BUT, a big but like the parti-QC and corruption affilliated with the mob brings it (MTL) down the Canadian drain.
